Gina was a joy to interact with and really helped me get out of a jam I was having with my PC tower for over a year with no results. She was very professional but super easy going that I forgot we were conducting a business meeting at times, because it felt like old friends reconnecting on shared interests (in this case {no pun intended} it was over video games 🎮). Not only did she fix the problem, but she actually managed to make it run better than it ever has. I’ll tell ya what, my wallet was REALLLY happy to pay her the fair rate for her time and expertise rather than fork over another couple bands to get an unnecessary new system. If you have any PC troubles at all, I HIGHLY recommend doing business with her. You will not be disappointed! In short: Gina is extremely capable, reliable, and great to work with. 10/10, highly recommended. Gina was incredible. My custom-built PC straight up stopped turning on, and I made the mistake of going to a different local PC technician who misdiagnosed the issue. I should have gone to BYTES USA first. Gina arrived same-day. She asked me to send some pictures in advance, which helped her get her bearings quickly. She arrived on time, completely took apart my custom build, cleaned it out, and found the problem quickly. Once she put the PC back together after a quick repair, everything was working great. She let me know that one of my parts was getting old, and she recommended I replace it to make sure the same issue didn't happen again. She sent Amazon links of compatible parts ranging in price, and even installed them the day they arrived at no additional charge. If I ever have PC issues again, I'm absolutely calling her. After recently starting my new business, my computer very quickly began to slow down with the various downloads and programs I had to use and I needed to swiftly find a solution to make sure my computer didn’t slow my business down. Gina was super friendly and fixed my computer. My laptop was chugging and sputtering and had become unusable. She walked me through her initial diagnostic and assured me she would protect my important files during her work. She kept me updated during the repair process what steps she was taking and now my laptop runs like brand new! Would highly recommend again and will be my first point of contact for any tech issues going forward.
