Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. BYTES USA’s services are available exclusively to customers in the United States.

Orders and Payment

Order Process: Orders are accepted only after full payment, including consulting fees and hardware costs.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Invoice Policy: An itemized invoice will be provided before any hardware purchases. No parts will be ordered until payment is received in full.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Rights: Custom PC builds are non-refundable once assembly begins, except in cases of damage upon delivery.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products, following California’s consumer protection laws.

User Accounts

Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and current information.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify Us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Warranty and Liability

No Returns on Completed Builds: Custom-built PCs cannot be returned once shipped, unless they arrive damaged.
Disclaimer: Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, except where required by California law.

Service Availability and Errors

We regularly update product availability and pricing. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies, availability, or fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, BYTES USA will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting BYTES USA. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of California.
